To apply for Expressions Academy of Performing Arts, please complete our Application and Medical Form and upload two recent photographs, one full-length and the other a head and shoulders shot. If preferred, these forms and photos may be be forwarded to us by mail with a non-refundable audition fee of £30, prior to auditioning.

Please note there is a £30 Audition Fee payable.
After filling in the Application Form, you will be directed to the Upload Photos Page.
After uploading two photos you will be directed to the Medical Form which must also be completed.
